Joshua Tree Service Group
serves individuals with disabilities
in Georgia & Tennessee.
As a dedicated Service Provider for Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency and TDHS Vocational Rehabilitation, we provide services to individuals, offering vocational teaching, career counseling, job-site training, pre-employment transitional instruction, and Supported Employment with prospective employers for gainful employment.
Mission
We strive to make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities, as well as their families; to help them understand and know their worth and potential; to help them find their place and new opportunities; to find chances at growth and life-changing encounters.
Vision
We provide services to individuals with disabilities, both in the community and in the local school systems. We meet people where they are and join hands with individuals, families, schools, counselors, and others for life change, personal growth, and community impact.
Purpose
We are a faith-based organization, believing that everyone is unique and has a purpose and a plan for their lives. We believe every service opportunity is a chance to give back to our communities, sow into the lives of others, and make a difference in the world around us.
Our “Core Four” Values
These principles are the driving force behind everything we do. A commitment to making these values your daily driving force is expected of all team members and plays a major role in our candidate selection process:
1. Strive for Excellence
We hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality and integrity in everything we do. For every employee, striving for excellence means bringing your best effort to work each day, maintaining meticulous attention to detail, and continuously seeking ways to elevate the level of care and service we deliver to our clients, partners, and communities.
2. Work with Confidence
We approach our daily responsibilities with a strong sense of purpose, professionalism, and resilience. Working with confidence means taking full ownership of your assigned territory or role, trusting your training, making sound operational decisions, and remaining solution-oriented when navigating unexpected workplace challenges.
3. Practice Discipline
Consistent, reliable execution is the foundation of our organizational impact. Practicing discipline company-wide means managing your schedule effectively, holding yourself personally accountable to your performance metrics, and strictly adhering to operational guidelines—including the prompt, accurate completion of all required documentation, tracking, and regulatory compliance timelines.
4. Lead with Love
Leadership is an action, not a job title; every team member is expected to lead by example through a servant-hearted approach. Leading with love means treating colleagues, clients, and community partners with deep empathy and respect, resolving internal conflicts through direct and constructive communication, and actively protecting a positive, gossip-free work environment.
Testimonials
"Kayla and Bailey, thank y'all so much... for all the guidance, patience, and encouragement. Y'all took the time to help me grow, learn, and believe in myself. Because of y'all, I gained the confidence, knowledge, and skills I needed to pursue and achieve the job I've always dreamed of. Y'all stood by me during moments of uncertainty... and pushed me to become the best version of myself. Thank y'all for never giving up on me... and for believing in me even when I struggled to believe in myself."
"My dream was to work at Publix in my hometown. I tried but I couldn't get on. Joshua Tree helped me learn new skills and taught me to believe in myself. They helped me work on a plan of action, and I got hired! I've now been working there for 5 years, and I've even moved up into the first levels of management. Mr. Herrington was always a call away and helped me believe I could do something!"
"I cannot say enough about the way Joshua Tree connects with our students. Mrs. Toomey made an instant connection with our kids, and they cannot wait to come to class each week. The students feel like they matter and can really achieve something of value. They invest in the kids and care for them, and that makes all the difference in the world."
